New Rule Book - Please review

Hi All,

Further to previous discussions, copies handed out at in Batemans Bay and email input, I have attached the latest version of the rule book proposal.

Thank you to all those that have provided feedback so far.  I have tried to incorporate all the items discussed or suggested so far.  Please review the attached document and reply (or see me in Canberra on Saturday) regarding any errors, omissions or things that you feel need to be reviewed.

I would like to provide the National Chair with a version that we are all happy with for submission directly after the Canberra Shoot next weekend.

Once Approved this will be YOUR rule book for 5 years..... now is the chance to have your input !!
