My Rifles for this year

Hi flyshooters alot of shooters have been asking about what rifles i have been using so here there are

Heavy Gun - Stiller Python with a 1:10 maddco, Mcmillan HBR stock 12-42 x56 nightforce scope load is 190grn Sierra Match kings, Winchester cases and BR2 CCI primers. ( i won't give a load as everyone's rifle is different so please start your load development well below the recommended load and work up from there)

Light Gun - Panda Stolle Lilja barrel 1:9 March 8x-80x with MTR retical, load is 107grn Sierra's Lapua cases BR2 Primers.

The light gun i purchased off used guns and pulled it apart and sold off the bits and was left with the action and barrel and built up from there.

I don't know how many rounds the rifle has had through it as it was second hand when i got it, Shane Clancy did the rechamber and fit.

All rifles will shoot you just have to work and making them shoot the best they can then work on your ability with the conditions.

His LG is a 6x47 lapua and the HG is a 300wsm. And your right they are both tack drivers. That comes down to great prep and loading regimes and exceptional skill. Les is a very humble bloke and more than willing to help newbies. At batemans bay I was having trouble with flyers, les suggested a cheek pressure issue. Next target I kept my cheek off the gun and shot my best target ( 50 ) so never be afraid to ask questions as you will ALWAYS get advice from someone. Great bunch of guys!!

Thanks Deane i am sorry Lindsay i forgot the caliber, they are HG 300wsm with a .334 neck and the light gun is a 6x47 Lapua with a .272 neck.
