Issue with cases 6BRX

As I prepare for the Blue Heeler shoot on the weekend, I am trying to sort out the issue of my cases getting stuck in my chamber. It is not a pressure issue, the bolt lifts fine it is the pulling back to extract where the problem is. The case length is fine.
I use a rebel17 stainless pin tumbler, and have been told it could possibly be that the cases have 'peened' on the very outer neck.
Do you have any advice as to how I might rectify this issue?

Has it been fine with other brass or is it a new barrel and chamber?

Have you checked the cases that have been fired for marks on the shoulder or neck there may be a imperfection in the camber of the barrel causing the case to expand into the gap and get stuck?

Les had this issue with a 260 he had.

It has been fine with other brass, I did leave the tumbler on for a little too long when cleaning them (forgot about them).
The chamber is spotless, and no signs of marks on the shoulder or necks.
I am going to resize the cases, as I had resized them before I cleaned them. Ill try a few shots this evening and see whether that will rectify the issue.
It has got me baffled.

Hi Oscar,
Peening can be an issue with stainless pins, but if you deburr the case necks inside and outside afterwards it's all good.

I have noticed that the mandrel in a Lee Collet Die sometimes has trouble entering the case mouth after tumbling, this issue is usually sorted by a light deburr.

Give that a try.

Hi mate, i think i replied to you on the dasher facebook page. Check peening as i said. I know this from learning it the hard way. A long time in SS pins will cause peening at the leading edge of the necks.  Use  the edge of your fingernail over the edge of the neck.

yeah this is also another reason why i hardly clean my brass, every time you use SS tumbler you need to debur  inner and outer on the necks, but in saying that never heard of this not causing cases to extract, normally all it does is make your bullets hard to seat as the grab on the case
i have left my cases in SS tumbler for 14 hours before (left my 6BRX cases in there the other week for that long) , take out, annealed and FL size and debur necks and load and shoot with no problems
