Assistance Committee

I am asking for interested persons who would like to come on board as an assistance committee to organisers of shoots. The role of these people will be to assist organisers run and administer shoots in accordance with the rules and guidelines. There potentially is a growth in this sport which may out grow the organisers if they are not supported this would cause burn out of the great people we have in this sport and would then fall out to a decline in registered shoots.

So please put your name up - remember many hands make light work.......

I think that one of the great things I have seen in this sport over the past couple of years is the increase in people willing to pitch in and give a hand.

I think we need to encourage a culture of this rather than a formal committee list.

You do a great job promoting this culture Les, just by getting in and doing whatever you can.
